Black Girl Beauty Foundation is a charitable initiative operating under Wilbert Manigault International Ministries Inc. The Foundation supports Black women, girls, children, and families through community outreach, holiday assistance, scholarships, workforce opportunities, family support, and programs encouraging confidence, stability, growth, and long-term success.

10th Annual Holiday Toy Drive Tour

Each year, Black Girl Beauty Foundation brings joy, hope, and holiday cheer to children and families in need. With support from businesses, sponsors, volunteers, and community members, we collect and distribute toys, books, gifts, and essential items so every participating child feels seen, supported, and celebrated. This initiative reflects our commitment to strengthening families, building community, and spreading love one family at a time.

BGB RISE UP — Second Chance Workforce Programs

BGB RISE UP provides education, career preparation, registered apprenticeship, and employment pathways for justice-involved individuals preparing to successfully return to their communities. Through partnerships with correctional institutions, workforce agencies, training providers, and employers, it connects pre-release preparation with post-release training, licensing, apprenticeship, employment, and continued career support. It helps participants build marketable skills, pursue credentials and licensing where applicable, connect with employment, and create stability.
